Dear Mr Sharma,
I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone referring to the Purchase Order #12332 on 15th May 2019.
This is to bring to your notice that immediately after I started the usage of the mobile phone, I started facing problems with the same.
The battery of the phone keeps draining quite soon. All of a sudden the screen turns out to blur out and the phone gets switch off. I think the piece us quite a defective one.
Would you please take the necessary action and do the needful. You might have to repair the phone or replace the phone with a new piece.
