Dear Mr Sharma,

I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S8 phone referring to the Purchase Order #12332 on 15th May 2019.

This is to bring to your notice that immediately after I started the usage of the mobile phone, I started facing problems with the same.

The battery of the phone keeps draining quite soon. All of a sudden the screen turns out to blur out and the phone gets switch off. I think the piece us quite a defective one.

Would you please take the necessary action and do the needful. You might have to repair the phone or replace the phone with a new piece.

I bought Samsung Galaxy J 7 Prime mobile phone from your showroom on May 10, 2019 sale no. 6398. I regret to inform you that it is a defective piece. It automatically turns off after every half an hour; many times its display starts blinking; the battery backup is only of forty minutes maximum.  

I have been your regular customer since 2010. My customer id is 2078IN9. You can look up my purchase record in your system. I have been facing a lot of inconvenience and loss on account of the defective mobile phone. I appeal to you to replace the defective mobile phone as it is in the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.
