I want to draw the attention of the readers of this reputed Newspaper to the importance of exercise and nutritious food.
These days most of the youngsters are fond to eat fast foods. The name of most of vegetables is something scary to them. The evenings are full of snacks. Don't you think the excessive consumption of chocolates, chips and other fast foods affects the children? Yes they do! These fast foods are made with poor quality of oil and sometimes the burned oil, which is harmful to health of children. What should we do then? Should we completely stop giving our children these foods?
Children may eat the snacks, the chocolates, chips and other fast foods, but in a limited amount. Children should start talking about nutritious foods. Every vegetable and fruit has its own benefits.
