Recently I had the opportunity to visit a craft fair with my mother which was held in the Pragati Maidan on 5th May 2020. I was awestruck by the number of people who put their effort into this business and the beautiful products that they produce. There should be better marketing strategies for these products to reach their appropriate market value. Their hard work should be paid with equal returns. Organising more such fairs, creating awareness among the crowd about the handicrafts as well as having renowned people endorse it, these methods should be employed to boost the sale of Indian handicrafts.
Kindly look into the suggestions I have given and make the necessary decisions for the better of the people in this field. I look forward to a bright future for Indian handicrafts.
