Subject:- Overflowing garbage bins in locality

Sir/ Ma'am,

I want to bring the attention of the readers of this reputed newspaper to the problems created by the overflowing garbage bins in our locality.

There are approximately 8 garbage bins in our locality where all the citizens as well as the travellers drop their used items. Two months back there used to be a few appointed for cleaning these bins, but for a month there's lack of such activities. As a result garbage bins have started to overflow. Though the local municipality is aware of this problem, no one is eager to take a step to clean these bins.

This overflowing garbage has definitely created problems for all citizens living in the locality. The garbages produce bad smells creating nausea for many children as well as adults. It's difficult to pass by the bins.

I hereby request the concerned authorities to take some steps to clean these bins regularly.
