Sharp Rise in Cases of Malaria and Dengue
As the spring weather is approaching, we find a vivid increase in the number of cases in Malaria in Mumbai City. The cases has risen as much as to 50,000 by the time I am writing this ( 10.11.2020). We have observed that the up rise in the number of malarial cases is increasing by 1000 each day and if the situation is not controlled then this graph can become even more drastic.
We have observed that there s no proper sewage system in many areas of the city where the cases rise eventually. The water from the household chores is drained into a nearby river which has become immensely polluted and is the major place where the mosquitoes reproduce and grow. Also, the locals areas have no proper ways for disposing garbage and they throw it on the streets. thus garbage ofcourse attracts the mosquitoes and other disease causing organisms.
We hope that people realize what they are putting themselves into and start cleaning their wastes from now itself.
