Nothing in this world can take away the pain and sadness that I'm feeling right now. I always wanted to be a professional swimmer. I've been under training for the past six years. I never learnt swimming because of a form of physical exercise or safety. I learnt it because I always wanted to be a swimmer like my grandfather. The passion and love for swimming made me continue it for six whole years. I agree that sometimes i become too engrossed learning about various strokes and competitions that I took my studies extremely casually which resulted in my poor performance this year. I openly accept that I did not get satisfactory marks this term. But because of my hardwork I earned two gold medals in swimming. It's quite impossible for someone to get good marks always. But mom and dad never understand that. They stopped my swimming classes and asked me to concentrate on my studies more. How can I concentrate when I'm away from my favourite sport? I know I made mistakes and I'll try my best to maintain a balance between studies and sports from the next term. Won't they give me one more chance?
