A young girl Radha had a great desire to help the poor so she started collecting her money in a piggy bank. One day

she heard her father telling his friend about getting interest on his savings. Radha immediately decided to give her savings

of rupees 4000 to her father. After few years her father returned rupees 5200 to her at 6% rate of interest per annum. In

how many years did Radha’s father return her the money?​

here the principle = ₹ 4000

rate = 6% per annum

Simple interest = Amount - principle

= 5200 - 4000 = 1200

time \:  =  \frac{100 \times \: SI }{P \times R} \\ time \:  =  \frac{100 \times 1200}{4000 \times 6}

Time = 5 years
