let the weight of leopard be x
and lion = x+90
and tiger = x+90-50=x+40

According to the question
(x+90)+(x+50)+x=310
x+90+x+40+x=310
3x+130=310
3x=310-130
3x=180
x=180/3
x=60

so weight of the leopard (x)= 60
then weight of lion(x+90)=60+90
=150

Answer:

The weight of lion is 150kg.

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that zoo keeper weighed some animals at zoo .

The lion weighs 90 kg more than leapord.

Tiger weighs 50kg less than lion.

Total weight =310kg

Assuming the weight of leapord be x

Weight of lion =x+90

Weight of tiger =x+90-50=x+40

As per the question

(x+90)+(x+50)+x=310

Solving

x+90+x+40+x=310

3x+130=310

3x=310-130

3x=180

x=180/3

x=60

The weight of lion is x+90=60+90=150kg
