Given question have litle bit printed mistake. Correct simplification will be a¹⁰ ÷ a¹³ × a.

Now, Let us solve that.

∴ a¹⁰ ÷ a¹³ × a

= a¹⁰ ⁻ ¹³ × a [∵ xᵃ / xᵇ = xᵃ ⁻ ᵇ]

= a⁻³ × a

= a⁻²

Since in the question you've used upper case as well as lower case variables.

But I feel both are the same or else the answer will differ.

Let's solve it.

 a^{10}  ÷ a¹³ × a

 a^{-3}  × a

or,  a^{-2}  [Ans]

Therefore,  a^{10}  ÷ a¹³ × a =  a^{-2}
