a2+2ac-b2+c2=a×a+a×c-b×b+c×c
=a (a+c)-(b+c)(b+c)

Sorry if I am late but here is the answer

a² + 2ac - b² + c²

= (a² + c² + 2ac) - b²

= (a + c)² - (b)²

= (a + b + c) (a - b + c)

There you go, hope it helps :D
