Given two expressions are

a² + b² - 7ab , 3b²

i ) Subtracting first expression

from second expression,we get

3b² - ( a² + b² - 7ab )

= 3b² - a² - b² + 7ab

= 2b² - a² + 7ab

ii ) subtract second expression

from first expression , we get

a² + b² - 7ab - 3b²

= a² - 2b² - 7ab
