let us rearrange the terms and take a and c as a the common factor

we get

= a ²+ bc + ab + ac = a ²+ ab + bc + ac

⇒a(a+b)+c(a+b)=(a+b)(a+c)

Answer:

 {a}^{2} + bc + ac + ab \\ \\ factor \: {a}^{2} + ac = a(a + c) \\ \\ factor \: bc + ab = b(c + a) \\ \\ = a(a + c) + b(c + a) \\ \\ cancel \: the \: common \: factor \\ (a + c) \\ \\ = (a + c)(a + b)

Hope it helps you from my side
