Soapy is a protagonist of the story 'The cop and The Anthem' which is written by a very famous writer O 'Henrry.

When the winter season is about to come Soapy creates a plan to save himself from the deadly winter. He thinks that going into prison means winter island is the only option to get food and shelter freely.

He makes one plan to enter into the luxurious caffe and oder Malad duck, wine, coffee, cheese and cigar. After finishing the food he will tell waiter that he doesn't have money so call the cop and handover him.

He wears a coat, he shaves properly, trims , and prepares like a gentleman. when Soapy is ready, he sets to get foot inside the luxurious caffe. the main waiter's eye fell upon his tattered trousers and shoes. He stopped him to enter in the caffe and Soapy's plan go into vain.
