Q = a²b²c²x

ΔQ/Q = 2Δa/a + 2Δb/b + 2Δc/c + Δx/x

Given that,

Δa/a = 1%

Δb/b = 2%

Δc/c = 3%

Δx/x = 4%

Therefore,

ΔQ/Q = 2*1 + 2*2 + 2*3 + 4

ΔQ/Q = 2 + 4 + 6 + 4 = 16%
