ΔQ/Q = 2Δa/a + 2Δb/b + 2Δc/c + Δx/x
Given that,

Δb/b = 2%
Δc/c = 3%
Δx/x = 4%
Therefore,
ΔQ/Q = 2*1 + 2*2 + 2*3 + 4
