a^3 ×a^5÷( a^3)^2

= a^(3+5)/a^(3*2)

= a^8/a^6

= a^(8-6)

=a^2

Formulas :- (a^m)ⁿ=a^mn

a^m × a^n = a ^ m + n.

a^m/ a^n = a^m - n.
