• Personality development is something that starts developing from childhood.
• The teachers and the schools play an important role in the personality development.
• For example, the attitude of being polite and kind no matter how rich or popular you are is developed from the school level.
• Teachers stand as role models for the children during the childhood which in turn relates to a person's personality.
• The school and teachers help the students in personality development and teach them on the same.
• The stage fear can be eliminated if and only if it was taught in school by the teachers. This is one kind of a personality development.
• Therefore teachers and schools contribute a lot in the personality development of a child.
