Four solutions for overcoming the problem of garbage are-

1. Recycle-We should recycle things such as paper. Plastics etc as in this the garbage would not arise.  

2. Reuse-We can reuse things again and again such as bottles, canes of Jams etc.

3. Reduce-It means a reduction in the use of natural resources for their conversation. For ex -Saving electricity and water taps when not in need.  

4. Two bins of garbage-We should keep two bins of garbage for biodegradable and Non-biodegradable waste and throw things into it.
