1. I will have taken it straight away to John Angus.

2. Hardly had I entered the post office when the postmaster presented me with a telegram.

* In the first case, the sentence is in simple past tense, however, it has been converted to the future perfect tense.

* For conversion to the future continuous tense, the basic norm that should be followed is: will+have+past participle of the verb.

* For making sentences using 'hardly' and 'when', we use hardly+ past perfect form( had) followed by 'when' in the later half of the sentence.
