                  Width of room + verandah = 4m + 1.25m]

                 Area of room + verandah = 6.75m × 5.25m

                                                            = 35.4375m²

                 Area of verandah = 35.4375m² - 22m²

                                               = 13.4375m²

                 Cost of cementing the verandah = 13.4375m² × 15

                                                                        = ₹201.5625
