1. human beings must minimize eating flesh meat and all hence this lead to killing of a billion of animals each day...and it will be useful for them only as all these items like flesh do spread a lot of diseases and corona virus too.
2. we must  also stop killing animals for the sake of our traditions and rituals for e.g. muslims should minimize killing of goats during bakr eid and hindus should minimize giving ' balis ' of animals for sake of rituality... as god has not told us to do so ...
3. penalty and high revnue taxes and charges must be charged on the person who is killing animals..
4. court cases must be passed when some animal is killed .. like we do in human murder case... also we cannot forget the fact that human is also a ' social animal ' .
5. severe punishments must be given to the person accused for killing animals.. [ such as hanging the person , giving life imprisonment etc... ]
6. humans must minimize the use of leather  articles  , silk clothes etc. as they cause killing of animals and insects
7. lastly , constitution must have rights for animals also such as right to life , right to freedom etc..
