Let the sum of daughters' age be x
Then mother's age =2x
Sum of daughters' age=x-5
Mother's age=2x-5
Mother's age five years before =3×daughters' age five years before
2x-5=3 (x-5)
2x-5=3x-15
-5+15=3x-2x
10=x
So
=10 years
=2×10
= 20years
Let the sum of daughters' age be x
