Aaplog 3 din 3 din kar rahe ho mujhe kal tak noc chahiye. Panelty lagane barabar lagate hai tumlog, mujhe kal tak noc mere mail id pe chahiye, mene pura penalty bhar 4 october 2017 ko bhara hai. Tabhi se tumlog 3 days 3 days kar rahe hai. Translation

(you people are regularly saying 3 days,three days later...but i want my NOC till tomorrow...you people charge penalties regularly....i need the NOC till tomorrow on my mail ID ,I fulfilled the whole penalty on 4th October 2017..from that only time you people are regularly making me wait for three days then another three days....it's enough.....)
