aaron ran 500 metres in hundred seconds find the speed in kilometre per hour

MadMax2604: Speed= distance /time,, 500/100=5m/s.... Convert it into km/hr by multiplying it with 5/18..... So, 5×5/18=1.38 km/hr

hi all
500m = 0.5 km
100 secs = 5/3 hrs
speed=0.5/5/3
0.5×3/5
0.1×3
=0.3 km hr^-1
hope this helps

MadMax2604: S=500m t=100s. Speed= s/t.... = 500/100=5m/s..... To convert in km/hr we have to multiply m/s value with 18/5.... So 5×18/5= 18km/hr..... Ans-18km/hr

(500 \div 100) \times (18 \div 5) = 18
