आशीर्वाद शब्द शुद्ध रूप हैं. क्योंकी "आशिष" शब्दके साथ "वाद" शब्द की संधी या जोड किया गया हैं. इसीलिये संधी पश्चात "ष"अक्षर रफार यानी "र" में परिवर्तित हो गया हैं.
