the stars in the sky appears to be twinkling because... they are at a very great distance from the earth and the atmosphere's particals disturbs the lights coming from the stars and so it seems twinkling. and because of the intensity of light.. ..

taare aasmen me timtimate nahi hai lekin hum jab darti se dekte hai tab hame lagta hai ki wo timtima rahe hai ye sab atmosphere ke karad hota hai
