Let me assume it is a triangle ABC.

Given angle a = 100
AB = AC

Therefore  Angle B = Angle c
Let those angle  be x

Then angle a + angle b + angle c = 180    (Angle sum property)

100 +x + x = 180

2x = 80

therefore x =  40 degrees

Hope my answer is  helpful to u.
