Answer:

angle ABC =angle ACD ...because angle opposite to equal sides in a triangle are equal..

now, in triangle ABD & triangle ACD,

angle B= angle C

AB=AC ...given

BD=DC ...mid point at D

so, ABD congurent to triangle ACD ...by SAS criterion

therefore.,angle BAD=CAD...i.e. D is the bisector of angleA ...by CPCT
