17 will be the answer....

AB=10 CM

SO, half of AB=QC=5 CM

radius=CO=13 cm

so by applying pythagoras theorem,

OQ=\sqrt{13^2-5^2}

OQ=\sqrt{169-25}

  OQ=12 cm

CD=24 CM

SO, half of CD=AP=12 CM

radius=AO=13 cm

so by applying pythagoras theorem,

OP=\sqrt{13^2-12^2}

OP=\sqrt{169-144}

  OP=5 cm

ANSWER=(5+12)cm=17cm
