Draw the perpendicular from point B to center O

From the property of the circle ,it is very clear that ∠BOT is double of ∠BAT .

Hence ∠BOT=50

Now In ΔBOT

∠TBO+∠BOT+∠BAT=180

o

Hence ∠BTA=180−(50+90)

∠BTA=40
