according to the theorem, "The perpendicular drawn from the center of any circle to any chord it bisects the chord at the point of intersection" so AB is the chord & OC is perpendicular from O(centre) i.e. C will be the midpoint of AB , so AB=2×(AC) , AB=2×4=8cm
