The magnetic field due to current carrying conductor into the plane of paper at P and out of it at Q. The strength of the magnetic field is larger at the point located closer i.e., at Q, as the magnetic field B due to current carrying conductor is inversely proportional tu the distance (r) of point from the conductor.
