Look... if AB is diameter and o is origin that it is sure that o will be midpoint of ab...
let b be (h, k)
therefore by using mid-point formulae
(0,1)=(h+0/2,k+4/2)
h=0,k=-2

From section formula,
x-coordinates ,
0 = 0+x/2
x/2 = 0

y-coordinates,
