AB is a lamp post of height h, and CD is a tower at some distance. It is observed that alpha and beta are the angles of elevation of D, the top of the tower, at A and B respectively. Find the height of the tower and its distance from the lamp post.

From the top of a 7 m high building, the angle of elevation of the top of a cable tower is 60o and the angle of depression of its foot .
