Abby And Hannah pull a heavy crate at the same time with 13 units of force each as shown in the diagram. what is the net force acting on the object?​

Given:

Force applied by Abby (F_{1}) = 13 N

Force applied by Hannah (F_{2}) = 13 N

The net force acting on the heavy crate is the resultant of the two equal and opposite forces exerted by Abby and Hannah.

Since they both are pulling in opposite directions

Then,

F_{net} = F_{1} + F_{2}

∴ ∑F_{net} = 13 + (-13)  (Since opposite forces)

∴ ∑F_{net} = 0
