$\frac{ar(abc)}{ar(def)} = { (\frac{bc}{ef}) }^{2} \\ \frac{64}{100} = {( \frac{bc}{12}) }^{2} \\ \sqrt{ \frac{64}{100} } = \frac{bc}{12} \\ \frac{8}{10} = \frac{bc}{12} \\ \frac{4}{5} \times 12 = bc \\ bc = \frac{48}{5} \\ bc = 9.6(ans)$
