I'll try to explain..
a circle can be constructed through any 3 given points. so if we construct a circle around the triangle using its 3 vertices.... then the hypotenuse will be the diameter... (the diameter subtends a right angle at any point on the circumference)Â
hence, half the hypotenuse is the radius
therefore, the point O ( the centre of the circle) will be equidistant to all points a,b,c as th lie on the circumference.
