To Find :-

  • The area of ΔABC.

Solution :-

Given,

  • ΔABC is a right angled triangle.
  • Height (AB) = 5 cm
  • Base (BC) = 3 cm

Let, Area of ΔABC be "R".

As we know that,

Area of ΔABC = ¹/2 × Base × Height

⟶ R = ¹/2 × 3 × 5

⟶ R = 0.5 × 15

R = 7.5 cm²

Therefore,

The area of ΔABC is 7.5 cm².

For information :-

  • Area of rectangle = Length × Base
  • Area of square = (Side)²
  • Area of rhombus = ¹/2 × D1 × D2
  • Area of parallelogram = Base × Height
