Area of triangleABC= 9.5*4*1/2

=9.5 * 2 =19cm^2

Also,

Area of triangle ABC = AC * BE

19 = 7.6 * BE * 1/2

19 = 3.8 * BE

19 / 3.8 = BE

5cm = BE
