GIVEN- AB=AC
TO PROVE - ANGLE A =90°
proof:
AB=AC[GIVEN]
angleB = angleC(angle opposite to equal sides are also equal) -(1)
IN ∆ABC:
angle A+angleB+angleC=180° (angle sum property)
angleB+angleB+angleA=180° (from1)
2angleB+angleA=180°
angle A =180°/2
angle A= 90°
hence , proved
