AB = AC

Perimeter = 44 cm

Perimeter = AB + BC + AC

=> AB + 12 + AB = 44

=> 2AB = 32

=> AB = 16

AB = AC = 16 cm

AP = AQ Tangent

BP = BR Tangent

CQ = CR  Tangent

AP =  AB - BP = 16 - BR

AQ = AB - CQ = 16 - CR

Adding Both

AP + AQ = 32 - (BR + CR)

=> AP + AQ = 32 - BC

=> AP + AQ = 32 - 12

=> AP + AQ = 20

AP = AQ = 10
