Let the perpendicular bisector from A be AD
Consider ΔABD ↔ ΔACD
1) AD = AD [Common Side]
2) m∠ADB = m∠ADC = 90°
3) BD = CD [AD is the bisector]
∴ By SAS Test of congruence,
ΔABD is congruent to  ΔACD
∴m∠B = m∠C
