AC^2 = AB^2 + BC ^2
= AB^2 + (2BD)^2
= AB^2 + 4 BD^2
as Ad ^2 = Ab^2 + bd^2
=ad^2 + 3bd^2
AS 3AD^2 - 3AB^2 = 3BD^2
SUBSTITUTE
AD^2 + 3AD^2 - 3AB^2
= 4 AD^2 - 3 AB^2
= AB^2 + (2BD)^2
= AB^2 + 4 BD^2
as Ad ^2 = Ab^2 + bd^2
=ad^2 + 3bd^2
AS 3AD^2 - 3AB^2 = 3BD^2
SUBSTITUTE
AD^2 + 3AD^2 - 3AB^2
