Since the tangents from an external point are equal
So
BN = BL
BL = 4 cm
CM = CL
CL = 6 cm
So BC = 6 + 4
= 10 cm
So
BN = BL
BL = 4 cm
CM = CL
CL = 6 cm
So BC = 6 + 4
= 10 cm
