ABC is isoceles triangle. AB=13 AC=20 BD= 5 cms Find AB, BC and area of the triangle

Answer:

AD devides BC into two dual parts (as ABC is an isocelos triangle)

therefore ,

BC=BD+DC

i.e. BC=5+5

BC =10
