ABC Ltd. is a big organisation which is showing success continuously since its inception. It is not only adhering to the principles of the management given by Henri Fayol but is also using the principles of scientific management given by Fredick Winslow Taylor. On the one hand it gives no preference to any of the employee and penalize the lazy personnel as per Fayal’s principle so as to send a message that everyone is equal in the eyes of the management. On the other hand, as per Taylor’s technique, workers are classified as efficient or inefficient on the basis of their achievement of set standards. The efficient workers are being rewarded which motivated the inefficient workers to perform better.
