Diagonal AC and BD are equal in rectangle.

AC=2x+3. ......(1)
BD=4x-21. .......(2)
As (1)and (2) are equal,
2x+3=4x-21
3+21=4x-2x
2x=24
x=24/2
x=12
NOW,
Putting the value of x in equation (1)
2(12)+3=27
so, AC=27cm

And,
Putting the value of x in equation(2),
4(12)-21=27
so, BD=27cm
