∴ ∠BAD = ½ ∠BOD = 80

As ABCD is a cyclic-quadrilateral, 

⇒ ∠BAD + ∠BPD = 180
 

80 + ∠BPD = 180

⇒ ∠BPD = 100
 

⇒ ∠BCD = 100
