Answer:

33 1/11 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

DM = 6.6 cm

DN = 4.8 cm

AB = 8 cm

Since, ABCD is a parallelogram,

=> AB = CD = 8cm

(I) Ar.(ABCD) = b x h

=> AB x DN

=> 8 x 4.8

=> 38.4 sq. cm .................(i)

(II) Ar.(ABCD) is also = DM x BC

=> 6.6 x BC ..................(ii)

From (i) and (ii),

38.4 = 6.6 x BC

=> 38.4/6.6 = BC

=> BC = 94/11 cm..............(iii)

Therefore, Perimeter of ABCD = 2(94/11 + 8)

                          => 2(94+88/11)

                          => 364/11

                          => 33 1/11 cm
