Solution :

We know that the area of parallelogram is = Base × Height.

The parallelogram is same but having different heights and bases but the area will remain same .

Using the same rule :

Base × Height = AB×AE = 10×6 = 60 cm²

Base × Height = FC×AD = 8AC cm²

60 cm² = 8AC cm² [Equals are equal to each other ]

AC = 7.5 cm
