ABCD is a parallelogram and E is the mid point of side BC. If DE and AB when produced , meet at F , prove that AF=2AB. Equivalently ,B is the midpoint of AF

As BE parallel AD and E is mid point of BC Thus B also ia midpoint of AF . IN triangle BEF Congruent to triangle DEC. THUS AF= 2AB
